Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with concentrations in corporate finance and marketing. While in law school, Ms. Huang worked as the judicial intern to Justice Vanessa Ruiz at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals. After graduating from law school, Cathleen worked as General Counsel at Dynadirect.com, Inc. She established the company’s corporate infrastructure and worked closely with management to develop business relationships by negotiating and finalizing contracts with vendors and marketing partners. Thereafter, Ms. Huang joined Valerian, Patterson, Stratman & Love to gain litigation experience. While at Valerian, Patterson, Stratman & Love, she tried four jury trials, obtained two defense verdicts and arbitrated and mediated in excess of thirty cases.
Ms. Huang joined Bowles & Verna in 2005 because she shared the common vision with one of its managing partners, Richard A. Ergo, of acting as the U.S. legal advisor to Asian corporate clients.
