Steven McFarlane is an associate whose practice centers on general civil litigation He represents a variety of clients in all aspects of business litigation. He attended Northwestern University School of Law, in Chicago IL, where he graduated cum laude in 2005. While in law school, Steve gained trial experience while working in the Bluhm Legal Clinic, where he represented juveniles in criminal cases and public school expulsion hearings. He was also the Executive Editor of the Journal of International Law and Business, a legal journal devoted to studying and analyzing the impact of modern international law in a private business context. Prior to law school, Mr. McFarlane received his B.A. in Latin American History and Political Science from Northwestern University, and worked in the workers’ compensation insurance industry for two years.
