Jessica J. Muhleman
Ms. Muhleman is an associate whose practice centers on general civil litigation.
Ms. Muhleman graduated from McGreorge School of Law in 2009, and the University of California at Davis in 2004. During law school, Ms. Muhleman gained invaluable experience working as a research assistant for Professor Gregory C. Pingree, J.D., Ph. D, whose work centered on jurisprudence and judicial legitimacy. She also developed strong client advocacy skills while working for the California Parole Advocacy Program as well as McGeorge’s Civil Law Clinic, representing clients in family law matters as well as bankruptcy cases.
After clerking for Bowles & Verna during the summer of 2008, Ms. Muhleman accepted a full time associate position.
Ms. Muhleman is a member of the American Bar Association and the Contra Costa County Bar Association.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
Ms. Muhleman grew up in St. Louis, Missouri, before moving to California to follow the family tradition of becoming a UC-Davis Aggie. After graduating from Davis with a degree in Communications, she worked as an advocate at domestic violence shelter in Yolo County.
