William T. Nagle
William T. Nagle is a 1995 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. Bill received an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California in 1989 and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley in 1986. Bill was formerly a shareholder and director of Celebrezze & Wesley, an insurance coverage, bad faith and complex litigation boutique in San Francisco. He has tried and arbitrated over twenty cases and has extensive appellate experience including several oral arguments before the Court of Appeal. Bill's litigation practice includes defense real estate, trademark, copyright, patent and intellectual property torts, wrongful termination, labor, employment and related civil rights matters, complex insurance coverage, reinsurance and insurance bad faith matters, commercial disputes, class action and shareholder derivative lawsuits, general liability, professional liability and a wide array of ERISA matters. Bill is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in California and has extensive experience litigating matters in the Northern District. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, American Inn of Court, and Contra Costa Bar Association and has published articles in Claims People and The Secured Lender.
Personal Background
Bill was born in San Francisco on September 8, 1964. He grew up and currently resides in Lafayette. He is married to Sharon Nagle, who also practices law in Walnut Creek, and has three children. Along with his family, Bill enjoys swimming, hiking, skiing, tennis and taking the kids on numerous excursions and vacations throughout California. Bill is also active in the Walnut Creek Masters Swimming Program.
