William T. Nagle is a 1995 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. He received an MBA in Finance from the University of Southern California and a B.A. from the University of California, Berkeley. Bill was formerly a shareholder and director of Celebrezze & Wesley, an insurance coverage, bad faith and complex litigation boutique in San Francisco. He has tried and arbitrated over twenty cases and has extensive appellate experience including several oral arguments before the Court of Appeal.

Professional Activities

Mr. Nagle is admitted to practice in all Federal District Courts in California and has extensive experience litigating matters in the Northern District. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and American Inn of Court and has published articles in Claims People and The Secured Lender. Mr. Nagle has presented several seminars on legal matters including defense of property damage and personal injury claims as well as employment, land use and real estate matters.

Personal Background

Mr. Nagle lives in Lafayette and is married to Sharon Nagle, who also practices law in Walnut Creek. Bill and Sharon have three children. Along with his family, Bill enjoys swimming, hiking, skiing, tennis, frisbee golf and golfing.
