Bill’s defense of governmental entities includes water districts, joint powers authorities and municipalities. Bill recently brought multiple summary judgment motions in a 7-figure consolidated inverse case that resulted in a successful resolution before hearings on the motions were even required.
Bill handles a wide array of disputes for clients and positions many cases for early resolution - to avoid unwarranted fees and costs. Bill has defended several binding arbitrations through collective bargaining agreements. And he has represented clients in administrative hearings before the National Labor Relations Board and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
