Kourtney Speer

Kourtney M. Speer is a civil litigation associate representing clients in various litigation matters such as business and commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation.

Ms. Speer received her law degree and a specialty certification in Intellectual Property law from Golden Gate University, School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Aurora University in Aurora, Illinois. Ms. Speer graduated in the top 4% of her law school class with highest honors. Ms. Speer was the Executive Articles Editor of the Golden Gate University Law Review Journal and a member of the National Mock Trial team.

Prior to joining Bowles & Verna LLP, Ms. Speer worked briefly at a business immigration law firm.

When she is not in the office, Ms. Speer enjoys traveling, running, and playing with her dog.
