Manuel is an associate with broad-ranging civil litigation experience. He currently serves our Products Liability, General Business Disputes, and Complex Civil Litigation teams. He supports our team's active litigation throughout the country in both federal and state courts.

Prior to joining Bowles & Verna, he was the managing attorney at a boutique immigration firm. His work experience includes a judicial clerkship with the Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas and general litigation involving criminal defense, personal injury, and arbitration. After finishing law school in Pennsylvania and practicing in Philadelphia, Manuel relocated to his home state of California.

When he is not in the office, he enjoys paddling out to surf mid-sized waves, playing guitar, and keeping up with his wife on long, strenuous hikes.
