Biography
Miranda T. Hsu is an Associate Attorney at Bowles & Verna LLP, where her practice focuses on civil and commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Miranda served as a Judicial Fellow in the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court. Before practicing in the United States, Miranda worked as a corporate attorney in Taiwan, where she built a strong foundation in business law. She served as in-house counsel at Citibank Taiwan, advising business teams on a wide range of commercial agreements. She also practiced with Deloitte Legal in Taipei, where she advised on cross-border mergers and acquisitions. Miranda translates her deep understanding of corporate structures into sharp, commercially minded advocacy in complex business disputes.
Miranda earned her Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporation Law from New York University School of Law and her first law degree from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan.
Outside the office, she is a dedicated hot yoga practitioner and an outdoor enthusiast; she and her husband are on a mission to visit every U.S. National Park, having already explored over one-third of them.
